Jacob works with Human Insight to provide organizations with the AEM-Cube assessment and leadership development training program.

The AEM-Cube is a globally implemented strategic assessment tool that helps individuals, teams and organizations achieve their desired strategic outcomes. Both in helping individuals identify their innate preference for delivering performance and in visualizing and predicting the strategic dynamics within a team or organization, the AEM-Cube consistently delivers practical, measurable results.

Below is a short video to learn more about the AEM-Cube and the impact the assessment is having on improving performance and creating resilient teams.

Coastline Acquired Brain Injury Program

A portion of the proceeds from the sale of each “See Change Clearly” book written by Jacob Green goes directly to the Coastline Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Foundation. The Foundation supports the financial needs of students by offsetting rehabilitation program costs and supporting the financial needs of the students attending the program with things such as gas and grocery store cards, transportation assistance, medical bill support, and job training.

After a brain injury, Coastline’s program provides patients with structured cognitive retraining, allowing students to maximize their post-injury abilities, regain their independence, and achieve academic and vocational success. Coastline was the first community college in the nation to offer cognitive retraining to adults with acquired brain injuries. Its program has long served as a model for other colleges.

Besides purchasing the “See Change Clearly” book (which generates funds for the Foundation), you can also support the Coastline ABI Program and their Foundation, by visiting www.coastline.edu/abi, or making checks made out to CCC Foundation and mailing donations to:
